[C320-list] Stern Cleats

While this isn't directly related to the cleats, we found that the interior stays much cooler after we cut little panels of Reflectix insulation for the centerline hatches and the side lights facing the sun. They don't need anything special to hold them in place. The handles and hinges hold them in place on the big hatches and the sidelight recessed areas are just pressure fit and stay put.
