Yep, straight 30w if it's a Kanzaki.  Also, check the level by  resting the 
dip stick on the edge after inserting it, do not screw it into the  fitting.

I have a 2000 320 with the Yanmar european engine, I believe  the
transmission is a Hurth.  In reading thru the Yanmar manual they  don't seem
to specify the transmission fluid to use.  I have been told  a regular 30wt
oil will do and someone else said must use atf, any  insight?  I also notice
the figure in the book showed a high and low  point, mine only has a low
point on the dip  stick?
