[C320-list] Black Exhaust smoke

Chances are very good that the prop is overloaded such as having a piece of
line wrapped around it.  Check there first.

We are experiencing black exhaust smoke, and a loss of high revs with our
3YM 30 Yamaha motor.
We have only done about 250 hours, the motor is well maintained, boat is
only 4 years. 
Any suggestions of the cause and remedy.
