[C320-list] Boarded by the Coast Guard

Didn't say what they were looking for. Oil or fuel is a good guess.
Fortunately my bilge only had a small amount of fresh water from overfilling
my water tanks.

One more thing they checked for that I forgot to list: operating air horn or
other form of audible warning device.

What were they looking for in the bilge. Just to make sure it wasn't filled
with oil and fuel?
