I don't think that can happen on a C-320 because the vent, either on the starboard hull or transom, is set very high. If you heeled that much your biggest worry would be breaching.

Can anyone advise me? On a previous boat I was running the engine while heeled and the engine sucked air from the tank and died, very inopportunely. The tank was about 1/3rd full at the time. Is there a possibility of this happening on the C320as well? Mike Slade, #803 (2001)
