Jeff,
There are many. You think the lock was pretty much universal across different models? Could always borrow a few and see what works.
Thanks,
Bob

Are there any other Catalina's in your marina? If so, its worth checking to see whether their panel key works.

Otherwise I could make few spares made this weekend and send you one. I had 3 and am sending the extra one to Joe.

I have the same issue with our 2005 320. Any owners in that year that can provide guidance?

You may be able to have a key cut at a local locksmith if you can provide
them with the alphanumeric code on the lock.  If I have the right key, the
code is C346A.  Blank is square head with rounded corners.  If I have the
right key?  (2001, 801)  Talk with your locksmith and verify they have
information for the code on your lock.  They will not cut some keys, but
should be able to help you with a furniture type lock.  The local hardware
store just copies - you need to go to a locksmith with the cross reference
codes for different lock schemes.    Pat - 801
