[C320-list] Removing the maintenance access covers belown and at he windlass

I pulled the windlass this year and the inspection port above it was not
threaded. I simply used a screw driver to gently lift the cover. It must be
the newer boats that have threaded covers.  Our 1994 #62 does not.

They just unscrew counter clockwise.  You can reach the wiring for the bow
light from the forward one and some parts of the windlass from the aft one?
(not sure on that).

Lube the seals with O-ring lube when you put them back to keep them
waterproof.

Any suggestions? Haven't had any of these white plastic covers off. They
appear like they maybe threaded and were made for a handle with a spanner
type fitting.
