[C320-list] Boom Outhaul sheave

On my boat the entire sheave assy comes out of the boom when the cables are loosened; the pressure of the cables keeps the assy in the boom. I found that the assy is too far into the boom and the sheaves are binding on it. I need to find a way to increase the diameter of the sheave axle so that it does not slide too far into the boom. There is a V grove that the axle sits in. I think a piece of sheet metal around the axle ends might work.
