[C320-list] Advice re Sailing in San Francisco

I'm going to on holiday to California in September and will be in San Francisco from 1 - 3 September and back in San Francisco again (after a trip down to Carmel and Pebble Beach) for one day, Sun 16 September. We're going to be staying at The Arganout Hotel at Fisherman's Wharf and I wondered if anyone had any recommendations on boat trips, sailing or other must see things to do there.  We gather the Boudin Bakery is really interesting and I like making own bread so I'll enjoy that.

We're also heading down to Carmel and Pebble Beach where any tips on how to get a round of golf at Cypress Point for my golf loving husband would be much appreciated - although I gather that's a virtually impossible dream for many golfers.
