[C320-list] Weird email (excessive bounces)

I got this email this morning not sure what it is? I have paid my membership through Paypal in April. I haven't been to the website in several weeks and I haven't sent any email for several weeks. Anyone know what is going on. Or has my name been hi-jacked?   Thanks,  JOHN
