Are you just looking for the paddle wheel itself, or the whole 
transducer unit?

I bought a replacement transducer unit about a year ago from Defender 
Industries

The only challenging part of this was running the cable all the way back 
to the instrument pod.  I eventually just cut the cable and spliced it 
under the port side salon seat.
