Hey, gang,

The email below is the only 320 I've received in a number of days.  I doubt
we've all stopped writing.  Any ideas?

Off to the Miami Boat Show tomorrow.

Subject: Re: [C320-list] replacing motor mounts

Holly,
I checked the engine mounts on my boat, which were all the same diameter, and
then contacted Westerbeke from their web site about replacing them. They told me
there had been a recall in 1997, and asked for my boat's engine serial number,
hull number and when the boat was commissioned. A previous owner had removed the
plate on the engine that held the serial number, so I called Catalina and they
looked up the boat's production records and gave me the engine serial number. I
emailed the info to Westerbeke, who sent me two new front engine mounts and
their supporting brackets, which arrived today. Now that's what I call
extraordinary customer service!
