This is a sad day for me..I just listed my 320 which I  have owned since 
1996.  Health problems do not allow me to sail any  more.  I B HAPY is #19 and 
in beautiful shape spent her life in San  Diego.  Hope I can find a good 
owner.  Asking  $54,500
