[C320-list] Phantom leak

Is it the refer box drain tube ?  Older boats like yours and mine drain into 
that area and if your bilge drain tube is blocked it would stay amid-ships and 
not drain into the bilge.

Yes, checked both water  tanks.  The aft one could leak out the inspection 
port.  We added teflon tape and caulking, that sealed it.  The forward tank was 
tight, but if it leaked the water would end up in the regular bilge.  We still 
have the phantom leak that ends up in the cross tubes just amid-ship of the
