AGMs are pretty similar to flooded batteries, but like a slightly lower float voltage. Probably won't matter too much if your charger doesn't have an AGM setting.
You can Test whether your charger will be ok this way.
While you still have your existing batteries and have had your charger turned on for a day with all loads off, use a volt meter and check the float voltage by measuring the voltage between the positive and negative terminals of one of the batteries.
Then call the tech support line for the company whose battery you're buying and ask them if this float voltage is going to be a problem or not. Lifeline's support guy was really helpful and reassuring when I called.
