Another thought is that most anti-freeze solutions contain a "stop leak" additive that may have done its job on your previous trip--possibly a lose clamp???   Ken

In the past, I had some leakage at the tube at the bottom of the reserve container.  Triming the tube and reattaching securely solved the problem.

Today I ran the engine at 3400RPM in gear for one-half hour with no visible evidence of anti-freeze leakage.  Several weeks ago I motored from the boat yard to my home port for 2 hours and upon arriving discovered a large puddle of anti freeze and none in the reserve container. 

Any additional thoughts?
