[C320-list] Tri color lite - Now spinnaker roller inspection & C320 Mast Handbook

Mike-when the mast is down check both spinnaker exits at the top of the
mast. I have a tapered Charleston spar, which I assume you also have based
on hull #. This year when inspecting the plastic rollers at the top
of the mast where the spinnaker halyard exits one was worn down that only a
little of it remained. I use the spinnaker a lot and when at the slip the
halyard is attached to the port track on the cabin top and fairly tight to
keep it from banging around in the wind. Either of these may have
contributed to the wear. Since I use only one spinnaker halyard, I just
switched the unused roller over and am waiting for an extra one from
Rigrite.

The folks at Charleston, now Facnor, said to contact Rigrite for replacement
parts at the following link: http://www.rigrite.com/index.htm

The Catalina 320 Standard Mast Handbood was posted on the C320 site a while
back and I downloaded it. It may be easier to do a Google brand search to
find it. Check out the PVC tubes in the from of the mast for running
wiring. It has all the part nos. for ordering and you can see the rollers
on page 3.
