[C320-list] 1998 Chainplate rust

Hello all,

We are looking into 320 as our next boat. One we saw and happen to like in all other factors, has rust at chainplates inside the cabin. The deck core around it doesn't seem to be damaged though. They clearly need to be rebedded. It is a 1998. Have any other 1998 owners out there noticed a similar known issue with chainplates? Also any other known issues we should be aware off? Just trying to gather as much information as possible. Much appreciated.
