[C320-list] : Transome Insert

I don't recall a "groove" thru which to insert the plastic on our 320.  We had 
one on the 28.  Maybe later 320's don't have it?  We do worry about losing 
things overboard.

Not to take anything away from Catalina, but as easily as these are
lost and considering the cost of postage, simply cut one out of a $5
white HDPE  cutting board purchased from T J Maxx.
