[C320-list] Raymarine SmartPiot X-5

I was under the impression that the X-5 with the course computer didn't need
the rudder sensor to keep a good course.  What am I missing?

I recently installed the Raymarine SmartPiolt x-5 with a rudder sensor. I am
having problems with the seatrials.  I have been told that Catalinas require
different default setting. I have called Raymarine twice and got different
information each time. Does anyone have these correct system default
