Thanks, Karl. I ordered that part number from Catalina a year ago. Since
that time I've spoken with them a dozen times about the status of my order.
This finally ended when I received a call from Gerry Douglas in April
telling me that they no longer had any of that material. He told me to call
an industrial supplier.
I appreciate your having the dimensions. Maybe McMaster-Carr has something.

Subject: Re: [C320-list] ice box gasket
Hi Chris,
I've got the same project on my To-Do list.
A check of the archives identified the gasket (seal) as p/n 90313 from the
Catalina factory. Price at that time was $1.85/ft + shipping and 17' are
necessary if you want to do the dry storage bin also.
Price seemed a bit high, so I am looking around for a proper D-gasket,
hopefully a local source. I make it to be 3/4" W X 1/2" H. I'd also really
like to get it in white, not black.
So far I have found AP Products 018-318 seal made for the RV industry. About
$52 shipped for a 50' spool. It's in black, however, so I am still looking.
Have yet to check the local RV supply stores.
I also plan on installing on the covers, to eliminate the dirt trapping
problem. Advice welcomed....
