[C320-list] Yanmar Transmission Oil

Hi All,  My local yanmar  dealer says to use 30 w for the trandmission and engine. I live in the New York area and have a 2002  boat.

My manual says 15w40 for the engine and 30w for the Kanzaki trans...that's

 could not find  anything in my Yanmar manual regarding type and weight of 
il in the  transmission of my Yanmar 3GM30F.
I emailed the Mack Boring rep. who  gave a presentation at the Catalina 
endezvous last summer. He said they  recommend 15-40 weight oil. Has 
nybody 
eceived any  info. from  Yanmar or a Yanmar dealer technician regarding 
hat 
hey recommend?   Motor oil or diesel?
