[C320-list] Ignition Key Problem

Do you really need a key? Is the purpose of the key to prevent the boat
being stolen?
Why not replace it with a waterproof three stage switch.

On our boat, we always turn the engine power off at the circuit breaker, so
anybody climbing aboard cannot start the engine and motor off.

Just a thought.

Why not a little Super glue on the backing nut?

as the threads have been stripped. Thus, I cannot tighten it and the housing
turns. Does anyone have any thoughts about a solution or any knowledge about
purchasing the necessary parts?
