[C320-list] Ignition Key Problem

Fred, 
Sorry, the bildge pump will not operate in the off position because the float switch is not engaged. Know this from experience. Has to be in auto, or manual. In manual the pump will run continuously until moved back to either off or auto.

Check the bilge pump switch on the breaker panel; left position is for Auto, middle is Off and right is Manual ie pump operates continuously in this position.
