I think it was about a week ago that I submitted a request for tools from the Catalina "toolbox" and I haven't received any response or acknowledgment. I need to replace the cutlass bearing and, since winter is bearing down here in New England, time is of the essence.

Has anyone else had a problem borrowing tools from the Catalina toolbox in a timely fashion?
