I learned early that putting the new cutlass in ice helps
in putting it into the strut. Up to 30 mins before hand.

Thank you. And, since you have experience in doing this job in a Wisconsin winter, I don't suppose that if you're planning to be in the Beverly, Mass., area in the next few . . .   oh, never mind.

I suppose you're right. I imagine the cold might cause the shaft to contract a little.
