I'm usually in slip J25 Island Side.  I've got the boat temporarily in San
Diego.  Are you on H dock?

Skip, I own Enchantress right across from you, if you are in Dana Point. I
am interested in knowing if this is a chronic issue and if I may be soon
doing same. The oil pan was a tough and costly job, what did the tank
replacement cost you ?
