[C320-list] Pulpit removal

I removed the pulpit and rebedded it.
My experience was as described in another email, threaded backing plates 
laminated into the fiberglass.
I disconnected the running light wires through the access port in the anchor 
locker.

At first, I accessed underneath by removing the panel under the shelf in the 
forward cabin.  All that told me was there was no visible nuts.
