Jeff,   Life is determined by the decisions we make--where we live--who we 
befriend--etc.
the $$$ decisions are the most important if we want to sail in a proper 
yatch--the 320 fits that criteria. Just be happy that you are able to sail half 
the year in a proper yatch.
