CONDITION:  Excellent.  Boat was bought new by present owner in Annapolis,
and was at a slip for six years.  Engine diligently maintained by owner and
shipyard, and has 900 hrs .  Hull and topsides compounded and waxed yearly,
and gel coat is in excellent condition with very few blemishes.   The boat
was never in an accident where any gel coat, or bottom maintenance was
required.  A new cutlass bearing was installed so no play in the drive
shaft.

*	Stainless Steel drive shaft with PYI PSS drip less shaft seal; 3
blade Martec SS feathering prop; Shark line cutter.
*	15K BTU central AC/heat pump installed by dealer when boat was
purchased. Wash down pump.
*	Charging and battery system upgraded with High output 125 Amp Balmar
alternator, a 3 stage regulator; two 4D AGM batteries (390 AH house) and one
dedicated starter battery, Xantrex battery monitoring system.

*	New 22# Stainless Steel Lewmar claw anchor; Delta Fast set anchor,
and Danforth anchor with two sets of chain/ rope anchor rode.
*	8 life preserves plus all safety equipment per Coast Guard
regulations.  Boat passed inspection by Coast Guard AUX in 2012 and received
a Conformance sticker.

*	9 foot Mercury air cushion hypalon dinghy with 5 HP Mercury outboard
engine and fuel tank.  Dinghy equipped with electric bilge pump for hands
