[C320-list] Catalina Lead Recovery or Crappy Dealer Support?

Simon-One of our sailors in the Waukegan Sail and Power Squadron here on 
southern Lake Michigan ordered a new C470 over the winter.  It was delivered 
basically when promised and only a few delays in final commissioning not 
related to Catalina.  Sail Place was the dealer with an office in Waukegan. 
In your case, I would think the dealer is more the problem than the factory. 
Dealers are independent and some not always as responsive as others.  If you 
were here, the folks at Sail Place would jump over hoops to respond.  (For 
disclosure purposes, I bought a new 2002 C320 from them and have always been 
very happy with the dealer.)
