[C320-list] Hoses going through the wall

I'm trying to find where the two hoses off the engine that are part of the engine cooling system that go though the wall, behind the refrigerator. I think one of these has a leak behind that wall but cannot figure out where they go or how to access them. I have a picture if anyone might know the answer.
