[C320-list] Once Every 12 Years

After 12 years I figure it was time to do more involved maintenance on our
Yanmar 3GM30CF (adjust vales, rebuild injectors, replace hoses.). More on
that later but I wanted to warn everyone.

I'm replacing all of the hoses and when I went to remove the raw water
intake hose from the through hull seacock to the strainer if found three
clamps that had totally failed two of them were only still there because
they were stuck to the hose. The third one was almost all the way rusted
through and was easy to twist off. Seems to me there should have been four
as the strainer only had one on both intake and outflow.

I was able to pick up the broken pieces with a magnet. I assume that means
it was a very low grade stainless steel and that is why these original
clamps failed sometime before their 12th year of service.
