Yes, I re-glassed the bottom of the muffler and it doesn't leak now. I'm telling you, I've checked everything and been battling this for a year. I gave up on it a while ago, because my wife said I was going crazy. I just didn't let it bother me but for some reason it does, and I'm again on a mission. My plan is to do a very detailed process of elimination on the cooling system next. Did this once before but before I really confirmed it was the cooling system, and this time, I'm going to have a second set of eyes and brains on it. We'll see.
