[C320-list] Chartplotter problem

I have a 2004 Raymarine Chartplotter C80. When I turn the charplotter on everything comes up fine.  I shut it down after getting location. I turn it back on  sometime later.  After about 5 minutes the display changes to something looking like a digital TV station  with not enough signal strength. All black and white horizontal lines. Has anybody seen this before?
