[C320-list] Helm Seat

I still do not understand this problem !!! My helm seat is on my swim ladder ,when on the up position, It is very comfortable  to sail. I can sail and see all around me .  Tom

That's seat groves will not go over my swim step rail on 2002 320.  The white 
teps attached are wider than the seat .  Too bad ... :(
