I suppose it depends upon your height..If 6-2 your seat is great, less than that your seat is in the garage.  Problem solved!  DUH

Based on some 320 owners advise, I just put mine in the dock box. I like the extra space in the cockpit so far. I will try sail without the seat for a while.
