There are several articles and You Tube videos on the web that cover this.

Greg,

I had mine replaced by a marina (Torresens in Muskegon) I don't think I
could have done it myself. The old one was really glued in hard. They had
the tools and the know how. Glad I had them do it. Replacing it was done
well too with proper adhesive, etc
