[C320-list] Outboard motor hoist?

Do any C320 owners utilize an lifting hoist for your dinghy outboard motor (similar to the one Garhauer sells at: http://garhauermarine.com/catalog_process.cfm?cid=41).

If so, do you mount it on the rear swim platform or similar?  And do you have a motor mount on the rails for storing the outboard when not in use?  If so, what specific location on your rails?

Bonus points for any pictures… or at least link to pictures.
