On behalf of the Governing Board of the Catalina 320 International

of an annual meeting (see Article VI below). Also following are the
selections from the Bylaws that cover who is eligible to vote. Additional
nominees may be submitted and in this case, the election process will
recommence. If you are eligible to vote, please respond with your vote or
additional nominee to me via e-mail no later than January 19, 2013. You may
either "Reply" to this e-mail or confidentially reply to me directly.

Thank you for your continued support of the Association and please do not
hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this.

Bio for Jerry Taylor - The Vice Commodore position has been vacant several
years. Jerry has stepped forward to accept this position, pending the
results of this election. Jerry currently lives near Pt. Lookout, Maryland
where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay. He has owned Piper
(#1128), named after his youngest granddaughter, for a year. Piper (the
C320, not the granddaughter) is moored at Solomon's Harbor Marina (Holiday
Inn) in Solomon's Island, Maryland which is off the Patuxent River,
mid-Chesapeake Bay. Jerry had a Soverel-30 Racer/Cruiser for 27 years and
prior to that, a Catalina 25 for 5 years. Jerry and his wife Donna have
been active members of the Southern Maryland Sailing Association (SMSA) for
30+ years and have held various board positions, such as Social Governor and
Race Governor. They were the recipients of the 2012 SMSA Cruising High
Point Award.
