[C320-list] Burgee halyard

On our C320 and now on our C36,
It keeps the line as neat as possible, and out of the way,
I tie mine to the outer starboard shroud.
The line is wrapped 6 or 7 times in a spiral upwards, then the remaining
tail is doubled back (down) to bind.
This then is pulled downwards to tighten it all up.This  knot must have a
name, but I do not know it.
I use it in all occasions, with the pennants up or not.
