[C320-list] Oil Leak

My bilge is full of oily water. I found a leak on the front timing cover. This looks like a huge job to replace the timing gasket.  The engine has 350 hours on it. 

Has anybody had the same problem? 
Is there a warranty on a Yanmar?
Does anybody have a recommendation for a Yanmar dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area?
