[C320-list] Oil Leak

Oil leaks are often not where you think. Could it be the head gasket? 
Oil on a hot engine block can run in directions that are not obvious or 
intuitive. No less difficult of a job but I would not rule anything out. 
Definitely should have a mechanic look it over.
