[C320-list] Prop and shaft barnacles

I've been in that situation more than once. Prop speed does work, but 
only if you use the boat regularly. I'm fearful that the past few weeks 
of sitting through hot weather mean that I will find the same thing when 
I finally get to the boat next weekend.
