Unfortunately, I'm on a trip and don't have access to my receipt for the fixture.  I think I got it from Catalina.  It is an almost exact duplicate of the originals except the on-off switch is slightly different.  I think it cost around $45.

Hi Bruce

What is the model number of the replacement LED, and did you get it online.  I 
bought a LED bulb at the boat show and it was $12.
