Hello,
You may want to install an antenna for a TV ... I have been told the VHF antenna cannot be shared for TV signals (It can be shared for FM radio stations).

Subject: [C320-list] Mast removed

Hello,

Blue Moon is currently on the hard undergoing preparation for transport by truck to St. Petersburg, FL. Many thanks to CAPT Diane for her excellent article on transporting a C-320. I'm writing the group this evening looking for input on preventive maintenance or projects to undertake while the mast is down. First off let me make the disclaimer, if you subscribe to the "if its not broken don't fix it" philosophy, please save your time and kindly reserve your comments. I've never shipped a boat before and I've never had the mast removed on any of my previous sailboats.

Projects currently on my list:
-Add anemometer and wiring
-Change anchor light fixture (any LED recommendations) -Replace deck and steaming light bulbs (fixture appears to be in very good condition).
-Replace VHF antenna
-Replace mast head sheaves
-Wash and wax mast/boom.

What am I missing? Should I be inspecting anything else? I only have about two weeks total time between now and commissioning at destination. I welcome your experience and suggestions.

Thank you,

Lou Hodac
