Yes John I agree BUT the Kiwis, in their infinite wisdom, set these things
to degrees. See the second page of :-

They say that 21 degrees is approx 11 to 12 inches pitch

If I buy the second hand one then it will be sent to the Australian dealer
for re-furbishment.

I don't know of any propeller manufacturer which gives pitch in degrees.
They are always in inches so a 16.5X11RH prop is 16.5 inches in diameter;has
an 11 inch pitch (which means that for each rotation the propellor will
travel 11inches through the water, disregarding slip) and has a right hand
