[C320-list] Clearing thru-hull obstruction

I would do the following: get a small diameter piece of metal, plastic or
wood; get some towels; check out how to take off the outlet hose from the
through hull valve; loosen the two C clamps on the hose; gently turn the
hose to remove it; push the obstruction back clearing the thru hull; then
put everything together. There is a plug on my thru hull valve that can be
used to plug the outside of the thru hull. If you are really worried about
water getting in attach a line to it and try to plug the hole on the sea
side of the thru hull. Then when you push the obstruction out you can
recover the plug.

This seems the easiest solution. Just a screw driver, something to clear
the obstruction and some towels. Myself, just a screw driver and a #2
pencil is all that is needed. This all assumes there is an obstruction in
the thru hull and no blockage in the fresh water strainer or elsewhere.
