Hey Rick,
If you ever go a bit further my way, you can check out my 320 here in
Florida. It is one of the "originals", as in Hull #18....with a dry bilge!

I use a round sanding pad on a drill motor, then finish with 150 sandpaper.
Etch it with vinegar then three coats of zinc compound.

What do you use to clean the prop. I think BarKeepers friend might
actually work well here as it might clean and etch at the same time.
