Get one of those gelcoat repair kits with some colorants in it. Tape of the
area to keep the mixed resin from spreading all over the place. Use the
edge of a coarse file to cut in the diamond shapes of the nonskid after the
epoxy sets to the consistency of stiff icing, but before it sets hard. Buff
it with a green 3M pad then finish with a buffing pad and compound. Err on
the lighter side with your color match and if you do a half way decent job
the repair will be invisible.
